Next, we look at your products or services, and how they compete in the market. Including the features and benefits of what you offer. We also take the time to understand what you’re interested in promoting. Perhaps you have ten services but only want to focus on one. With this knowledge, we can dig deep with our research and tailor your content accordingly.

Your customers

Once armed with your why, your goals, and your services, we then look at your customers. Who are they? What problems do they face? What challenges can you help them overcome? A detailed buyer persona completes the trifecta and allows us to not only have a clear idea on the right tone of voice, but can ensure that we create compelling content.

How does it work?

We carry out extensive research on your industry by looking at popular trends, conducting basic keyword research, extracting your buyer persona and brand tone of voice from you, and deliver a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis on your company. Understanding your goals, we’ll put this research together to plan your content, develop a 6-12 month strategy that allows us to smash your business goals.
